All products are sent by Air Mail. the postage cost is automatically added by paypal . Postage is estimated automatically and added when in checkout , The international order page fails to register the the correct postage , I am working on it, the fault is it fails to charge extra for the 2nd item ,The Australian order page works fine and is the same as the international, except for the currency.

Purchases will be dispatched within 14 days(Usually 4 days) of order from Victoria Australia.

It is very hard to determine postal times for international orders please contact your local
post office with the following information for an estimated time of arrival 'post code is 3351 Victoria Australia'.
The maximum time would be 21 days a lot
less in most cases.

Within Australia it should be 7 days or less from dispatch depending on the distance from Victoria.

We can send by express post anywhere in the world. If you would like express postage there would be a postage charge added to the price.

Snuggy Dog Refund & Exchange Policy
We offer an Exchange policy.
We will exchange if:
The coat is returned within 10 days of delivery 21 days
for International buyers.
If the return is for incorrect fit, the coat must be in
original condition (no dirt, hair or marks).
Contact must be made to support within 3 days
of delivery.
We offer a 30 day manufacturers warranty.
This is for a manufacturing fault of stitching, clip breakage
or a fault in the material. Not for normal wear and tear.
Our dog coats are tough. But dogs being dogs like to chew on things.
We can not exchange a chewed or excessively worn coat.
All postage and handling costs are to be paid by the buyer to and from Snuggy Dog.
If a manufacturers fault is proven a new coat will be sent
back to you free of charge.
We may not always be able to supply identical pattern for
Tartan or novelty coats, they are subject to availability,
we will contact you with alternate selections for any
replacement, if we do not have the same pattern in stock.
We do not refund.
