This Dog here has a 52 cm coat and it covers his tail which has been docked the more correct size would be 50 cm , the measurement from neck to base of tail. This would leave his tail exposed  this coat is long drop (made for fatter dogs or big frame dogs )

Long drop is correct for this type of dog.
